SEQUENTIAL LPG SYSTEM
The conversion kit Polaris (version Taurus) is the latest evolution of the conversion system for phased sequential electronic injection of LPG in gaseous phase.
This version is based on the new ECU PERSEUS that was designed with the use of latest hardware technologies. Also its tuning software is completely new.
The new Hardware / Software configuration allows a very refined calibration of the carburetion parameters.
This system ensures full compliance with the latest quality standards established by the international regulations UN ECE R67-01, R10-03 and anti-pollution directives up to EURO 6.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS POLARIS
The Èlios Gas ECU (Electronic Control Unit) is the electronic device that supervises all the control and management functions of each component of the system.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS TAURUS
The new ECU PERSEUS has been developed as an evolution of the ECU ELIOS, improving its functions and calibration mapping, in addition to more sophisticated operation strategies.
LPG SOLENOID VALVE
The engine compartment liquid phase LPG solenoid valve is an intercepting device for the liquid LPG coming from the tank and directed to the vaporiser.
PRESSURE REDUCERS / VAPORIZERS
This is the device where the liquid LPG passes to the gaseous state with the subsequent reduction of the pressure.
FILTERS
The LPG filter is used to remove impurities (oil, sludge, waxes, etc.) in suspension in the gas phase.
INJECTORS
The electro-injector is an electromechanical device, which is directly controlled by the gas ECU. It is in charge of the gas dosage coming from the vaporizer and directed to each cylinder.
