Right of Cancellation

Under Article. 52 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the ordered products, provided they are in the same state in which he received them. This return will be made without penalty and without specifying the reason. The right of cancellation must be exercised by the customer, subject to forfeiture, by sending a registered letter to Stargas Srl, Strada Provinciale Pianura Loc. S. Martino, 37 Pozzuoli (NA) – Italy, within fourteen (14) working days from the moment the customer acquires physical possession of the products. Above communication can be sent to Stargas Srl, within the same period, by fax to the number +39 081 5264771, only if confirmed by registered letter within 48 (forty eight) hours after sending the fax. Just to ensure the conformity to the requirements provided by law for the withdrawal, all returns of goods must be authorized by the Customer Service of Stargas Srl, which will issue a return authorization identified by a code. Once you receive this code, it’s possible to return the goods to the following address: Stargas Srl, Strada Provinciale Pianura Loc. S. Martino, 37 Pozzuoli (NA) – Italy, indicating the Return Authorization code. If they fulfil the requirements for exercise of the Right of Cancellation, product returns must be executed within 14 (fourteen) days from sending of the notice of withdrawal by the customer. The expedition expenses will be entirely borne by the customer, and will not be accepted cash on delivery parcels. Once received the goods and verified their integrity, Stargas Srl will credit the customer, as soon as possible and in accordance with the terms and procedures provided for this regard by art. 57 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code, the cost of returned products, and the cheapest purchase delivery cost available in the Site at the time of the order.
